An ex IRS, post VRS ventured into social entrepreneurship and founded Livelihood Alternatives Pvt ltd and PACE Foundation where PACE Foundation is a not for profit wing of LA . The primary focus of the organisation is on empowering communities in rural areas of Odisha . Besides he is on the board of IRMA-ISEED Foundation and a guest speaker of XLRI Jamshedpur. He is a M.A/ M.Phil in Sociology from JNU & LLB from Delhi University.

Pinky Pradhan

Ms. Pinky is a social activist and counseling columnist addressing issues like domestic violence and female foeticide. Her 20+ years of leadership enrich PACE Foundation, inspiring young minds through motivational and cultural events like Children’s Theatre for the underprivileged. She was the first Odia girl to win the national reality show “MTV Power in Your Hand Contest” (2006-2007). Academically, she holds a Botany degree, is a qualified lawyer, and a Journalism gold medalist from Utkal University of Culture.
