ASHOK KUMAR SAHU

Advisor
A renowned scientist, retired from the post of Chief Scientist & Head of the Minerals Processing Department at CSIR-IMMT, Bhubaneswar with over three decades of experience in mineral processing, rural technology development, and business incubation. He has led 100+ R&D projects, developed 18 commercialized technologies, and holds six patents. He also serves in national committees for environment, mining, and material sciences. He is the proud recipient of prestigious Samanta Chandra Sekhar Award (Govt.of Odisha ) and the National Geoscience Award (Govt. Of India ). His vast expertise in science-led rural transformation and livelihood enhancement is instrumental in developing scalable, community-driven solutions for sustainable development.

Rakesh Arrawatia

Advisor
A giant in finance stream brings an extensive experience in banking, impact investing, and social enterprise incubation. He holds a PhD in Banking and Finance from IIT Kharagpur and is currently a Professor at IRMA. He has worked on key projects with NABARD, NCDEX, Niti Aayog, and IFFCO. He has also led IRMA’s Social Enterprise Incubator (ISEED Foundation) and served in national committees in shaping policies for sustainable finance and cooperatives. His expertise is invaluable in the organization for empowering communities.

Mr. Sambit Tripathy

Director
An ex IRS, post VRS ventured into social entrepreneurship and founded Livelihood Alternatives Pvt ltd and PACE Foundation where PACE Foundation is a not for profit wing of LA . The primary focus of the organisation is on empowering communities in rural areas of Odisha . Besides he is on the board of IRMA-ISEED Foundation and a guest speaker of XLRI Jamshedpur. He is a M.A/ M.Phil in Sociology from JNU & LLB from Delhi University.
