Our Engagement

Children’s theatre :-Confidence building through theatre.

The Foundation for Promoting Action in Community
Empowerment (PACE), in collaboration with Pinkwood
Creations, uses theatre to build children’s character and teach
history. At Odisha Parba-2024 in New Delhi, a stage play titled
Biplabi Bajia showcased the bravery of Baji Rout, a 12-year-old
martyr of India’s freedom struggle. Performed by Saraswati
Sishu Bidya Mandir students, the play captivated the audience,
celebrating the spirit of courage and sacrifice.

Youth and Environment :- Odisha Conference of Youth
(OCOY),2024 with UNICEF

Team PACE Foundation participated in an interactive workshop on
heat waves, coastal economy, pond conservation, and green skiing at
the Odisha Conference of Youth (OCOY) 2024.
Through sustainable agriculture practices, our farmers are on the
frontlines of climate mitigation, nurturing the land while ensuring
food security.

Environment & Climate Change Department of Odisha,

Tree, Banyan Tree, Ashvattha Tree, Button Tree, Pongamia
Tree, Neem Tree, Amla Tree, Guava tree, Mahul Tree, Wood
Apple, Harida Tree, Golden Tree & many more.

Empowering Youth :- Exposure visits

Exposure visits play a crucial role in career counseling, especially for
students and youth from rural areas, as they open doors to new
opportunities and broaden horizons.
The Foundation for Promoting Action in Community
Empowerment (PACE) was established to foster meaningful
engagement with the community across various facets of life. In
line with this vision, Team PACE Foundation organized an exposure
visit to the Indian Coast Guard station in Paradip.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Indian Coast Guard for
hosting this inspiring visit aboard the ICG patrol vessel VIJAY. This
initiative aims to introduce the youths to the exciting career
opportunities available in uniformed services, such as the Coast
Guard.

Inclusivity :- Empowering the differently abled.

Team PACE Foundation, visited the “Rajadhani School for
the Deaf” and the “Louise Braille School for the Blind” in
Bharatpur, Bhubaneswar, to engage with visually and
hearing-impaired students. Upholding its commitment to
social welfare, our Team distributed sports equipment to
inspire sportsmanship and athleticism, encouraging
students to view Paralympic athletes as role models.
